Tell us a little about yourself & your fitness journey.
I had been on the hunt for the best style of workouts for me, because it seemed as though everyone else around me had found their signature workout styles - but me. I began researching pilates more and came across HUSTL. online. I remember it was 4am, I couldn't sleep so I signed up for the free trial and did my first workout with Alexz, and I was HOOKED! The energy, attitude, and burn that I felt was unlike any other. I have been religio...
My darlings, it is here. The busy festive season is upon us and I can feel myself needing a break already. In all seriousness, I love this time of year as there is nothing quite like being able to spend time with family, eating lots of delicious foods and to celebrate the end of another amazing year with staff Christmas parties & events.
However it is without a doubt that this time of year can often get a little crazy so it is more important than ever to ensure you are taking some time out for yourself to recharge your batteries.
I have created a list of a few of my favourite self care rituals that are perfect for when you are time poor. These simple but effective tools will help guide you through the Christmas period feeling calm, balanced and rejuvenated.
Enjoy.

Move your body.Â
Keep it simple, find a form of movement you enjoy and squeeze in what you can. Whether that is a 10 minute blaster, a stretch class or a 20 minute walk outside. Don’t overthink it, just ...

Tell us a little about yourself & your fitness journey.
I have always had an active lifestyle consisting of hiking, swimming, dancing and adventures. I love yoga, pilates and exercise however I’ve always really struggled with consistency. I am a go all in or nothing type woman, super energetic and for years I would go absolutely mental for a week or two and then drop off and do nothing for a while. My friend introduced me to Hustl about two years ago and I loved doing it with her. I joined about 6 months ago. I LOVE IT. I am taking part in my third ch...
Firstly, skincare does not only refer to the products that you use on your skin, it also refers to the way in which you look after your skin. As we all know, exercise is very important for both our physical and mental health. We know that exercising releases endorphins and makes us feel good however, did you know that exercising can be extremely beneficial for the health of our skin also?
Engaging in frequent physical activity is a great way to manage stress hormones in the body. These stress hormones, otherwise known as cortisol, have many detrimental effects on our health and wellbeing. When it comes to the health of our skin, stress can contribute, and aggravate, many skin concerns including acne, rosacea, eczema and ageing skin (aka fine lines and wrinkles).
So how is exercising good for your skin you ask? Other than reducing stress, participating in exercise, particularly a cardio workout or something that makes you sweaty, will increase the flow of oxygenated blood around y...
We all know that consistency and routine play such a key role in our progress & results, but our workout routine alone can’t take all the credit. The rituals you complete pre and post-workout are so crucial as they can allow you to get stronger, have more energy & recover at a faster rate.
Master Trainer Chelsea has put together some of her go-to pre & post workout rituals, to leave you with a little inspiration.Â
Enjoy!

Sleep:
A good night's sleep is something so obviously important, but SO necessary. Realistically, I try to prioritize at least 6/7 hours every night to feel super fresh in the morning.Â
Hydrate/Caffeinate:
If you’re someone who doesn’t need a coffee to start your day, what’s that like??Â
Haha, I start my day with a little hydration station. I start with a herbal tonic, watered down in a glass of water - with my multivitamins. Followed straight away with a coffee. Personally I don’t like pre-workout or supplements of that sort, so I fin...

You're a Nutritionist... Tell us a little about yourself & your fitness journey.
I live in Lennox Head, and work between Byron Bay and Palm Beach on the Gold Coast so I’m definitely spoiled location wise! I feel really lucky to have always enjoyed exercise, it’s been something that I’ve always prioritised.
While I’ve always enjoyed exercise I haven’t always had the best relationship with it. I would often get into a routine with exercise, over do it, get injured or burn out, have to take time off, make myself feel back for taking time off and w

Firstly I would like to acknowledge that not everyone is training to achieve results. For many, exercise is simply a part of your weekly routine because you enjoy it, it leaves you feeling incredible and it can be a great way to relieve stress and boost your energy levels.
However if you are exercising with specific goals in mind, it can be frustrating when you are putting in the work; training hard and eating well, to find yourself making no progress and unable to see any changes.
I have broken down some common factors that may be getting in the way of the results you are striving for, but I will also note - it is so important to ensure your goals are realistic and attainable for you. If you are trying to be too ambitious or have to go to extreme lengths, you probably need to re-evaluate your expectations. We are all about creating balanced, healthy and maintainable relationships with exercise and food, not just quick fixes!

Travel, adventure and vacations are well and truly back on the cards and I could not be happier about it. There is nothing quite like exploring a new town, country or city, making memories with friends & family and getting away for a little R&R. With so many of us now able to plan trips, I have collated a few of my favourite ways to find balance and feel my best whilst travelling.
Hydration is key.
It can be easy to fall behind on your water intake when you are out of routine, but staying on top of your fluids is a complete game changer to avoid bloating or dehydration. This is particularly crucial when catching a long haul flight or travelling in a hot country during the summer months. I always aim to carry a 1.5L bottle of water with me wherever I go, I like to set little reminders on my phone to alert me when I need to refuel and lastly, I order water at every meal because you are more likely to drink it when it is right in front of you.
Don’t forget the snacks.

Tell us a little about yourself & your fitness journey.
Proud and very busy mama here of three beautiful girls. For me it can be challenging some days to find the time and energy to get to a gym, a class or even just have some ME time. After having our twin girls, my energy levels were at an all-time low, I lacked motivation and wasn’t looking after myself. 12 months ago, mid lockdown I discovered Hustl and was hooked! Hustl was an absolute game changer for me.Â
