Journaling can be such a powerful tool for self-improvement, self-expression, and overall mental well-being. It is a practice I have turned to so many times throughout my life as it provides me with a safe space to express my emotions, thoughts & feelings, whilst also helping me to reduce stress and boost my creative thinking.Â
If you are new to journaling or if it is a tool you have been using for a while, I wanted to take the time to share with you some of my favourite journal prompts, that I return back to, time after time.
So find a quiet space, switch off from distractions, grab your notebook and get started with one of my go-to journal prompts.

It's easy to fall into the trap of spending your evenings scrolling mindlessly on your phone, with hours spent on TikTok or glaring into your TV screen...then before you know it is well & truly past your intended bed time.
However, by creating the perfect wind-down routine, and consciously putting effort into how you spend your time before bed, you are able to prepare your mind and body for a restful night's sleep, which is not only vital for overall health & well-being, but it is also essential for great exercise recovery.
Here are some of our top tips to help you establish an effective wind-down routine:
Set a Consistent Sleep Schedule:
Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body's internal clock.
Create a Relaxing Environment:
Make your bedroom a comfortable and calming space. Consider using soft lighting, comfortable bedding, and keeping the room cool and quiet.
Limit Screen Time:
Avoid electronic devices, such as smartphones, tab
Despite what the media likes to make us believe, there are no magic pills or miracle diets when it comes to good health. It just comes down to being consistent with your eating, exercising regularly and most importantly, recognising that we are all slightly different, and no one size fits all. To help explain why good food and exercise is so critical, and on the flip side, engaging in fad diets and restriction can be so detrimental, let's first talk body composition.
Body composition is the ratio of muscle (lean) mass to body fat ad it is an incredibly important determinant of overall health. It underpins how we manage our weight long-term. Yet within society, we tend to focus a lot on our bodies fat levels, and in doing so neglect the importance of muscle. For instance, if we talk about losing weight, it is typically that we want to lose fat. But the reality is when we lose weight, a concurrent loss in lean muscle generally occurs. Likewise, many women are also scared to âgainâ muscl...
The New Year is just around the corner and as cliche as it is, I love to use this time of year as an opportunity to realign and reassess my goals. There is something about the start of the new year that sparks enthusiasm and momentum to truly work on yourself.
Manifesting and goal setting is something I feel SO passionately about, I honestly do believe it can have such a powerful impact on your life. So, to celebrate and prepare for the new year ahead, I am sharing a few of my favourite goal setting tips for you to take into 2023.
Â
What Motivates You?
It is so important to pick goals that actually inspire you, and leave you feeling excited, motivated and passionate. When you have an emotional attachment to your goals & visions they become so much more meaningful and you are more likely to accomplish them. Focus less on the goals that society leads you into believing you SHOULD be achieving and instead put more energy into the goals you genuinely WANT to fulfil.

Do you ever stop to take note of something you are grateful for? In the busyness of our days, we can get swept up in jumping from one thing to the other, leaving no time to actually reflect on the positive moments and things we are thankful for.Â
Practising gratitude really does have a plethora of benefits that not only help yourself, but those around you too. It can allow you to feel more positive emotions, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness to others and generally feel more alive. Sounds pretty great, right?!Â
If practising gratitude seems a little foreign to you, I have broken down some simple ways to incorporate it into your day-to-day. But I also want to remind you that thereâs no right or wrong way to practice gratitude - whatever feels best and natural to you is perfect.Â
Big or Small - Gratitude doesnât have to be saved for big moments like work promotions or holidays, it can be practiced in the small moments too. You could be thankful for a delicio...
As we pass the official halfway point of the burn & blast challenge, I wanted to check in with my angels to remind you just how strong you are.Â
It doesnât matter how many challenges we host, I am always blown away by your ability to step up, use the challenge period to work towards your goals and get outside of your comfort zone. You truly are amazing!Â
Something I love so much about our hustl. community is the fact we get to share every class with thousands of people around the world. It is so special to see our community grow, and it honestly is nothing short of incredible. But when we are sharing something like a challenge together, it also means we can become guilty of comparing ourselves to others.Â
Which is why I want to share my number one tip for getting the most out of this challenge (and all of our challenges for that matter):Â focus on you, for you. I know youâve heard this before, but I want you to read it again.

Do you ever feel like your days are somehow escaping you, and you need a little time to reset + refocus?Â
We all go through different stages when our schedule might be insanely busy, something unexpected pops up, or we simply just fall out of routine. Never fear angels, keep reading for my top tips to reset and refocus.
clean + organise your space
I donât know why, but a clean space just does wonders for my productivity. Donât get me wrong, cleaning and organising is easy to procrastinate, but if you can muster the energy to get your space in order, it will honestly give you a breath of fresh air and (hopefully) new found motivation. Get this done, and you will feel SO ready to take on whatever your week throws at you.
remind yourself of your goals
Remember when we set our 2022 goals? Well somehow itâs already March and we are well into the year, which means it can be easy to drift away from the goals you set for yourself. Take a moment to sit down and revisit your January vis...
