Vegetarian | On the go snack

Serves: 12
Prep: 10 minutes
Setting time: 2 hours

Ingredients.

2 C rice puffs
40g Naked Harvest Caramel Filled Donut Protein Powder
½ C nut butter (almond or peanut)
½ C honey
¼ C white chocolate, melted

Method.

1. In a bowl combine rice puffs and protein powder.

2. In a small ramekin dish, whisk together nut butter and honey before combining with rice puff mixture.

3. Mix until well combined and a sticky mixture has formed.

4. Roll into approximately 12 balls and then allow to set in the fridge for 1 hour.

5. Melt your white chocolate and then drizzle over the top of each ball.

6. Place back into the fridge to set for another hour before enjoying!

 

 


Vegetarian | Under 10mins

Serves 1
Prep: 5 minutes
Cook: 90-120 seconds

Ingredients.

1 medium ripe banana, mashed
40g Naked Harvest Vanilla Pancake Batter Protein Powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ C milk of choice
2 tbsp chocolate chips
1 tbsp almond flakes
Icing sugar to dust

Method.

1. In a bowl mix mashed banana, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and milk.

2. Stir in 1 tbsp of chocolate chips and ½ tbsp of almond flakes.

3. Pour mixture into a microwave safe ramekin dish.

4. Top with remaining chocolate chips and almond flakes.

5. Cook in the microwave on high for 90-120 seconds.

6. Allow to cool slightly before dusting with icing sugar and enjoying!
